    Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy

    • Early check-in requests will be noted on your reservation but will be subject to room availability on check-in date.
    • Late check-out requests will be arranged at the Front Desk and are subject to room availability as well with a corresponding charges.
    • 50% of the room rate as an additional charges for early check-in and late check-out.

    Cancellation and No-Show Policy

    • Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge.
    • Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay.
    • Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a Guaranteed Booking and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
    • Same-day cancellation shall also be charged the full amount equivalent to the whole duration of your reservation and/or forfeiture of all payments made.

    Children Policy

    • Children 0-6 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
    • Children 7-12 year(s): is half of the extra person rate.
    • Guests over 13 years old are considered as adults. Availability of extra beds are dependent on the room you choose.

    No Smoking Policy

    Davao City (Ordinance No. 0367-12) prohibits smoking of any tobacco product including e-cigarettes, shishas and the like, in all accommodation and entertainment establishments and all public conveyances. Designated smoking area is provided for your convenience.

    Other Policies

    • No pets are allowed inside the hotel.
    • Durian, Marang and other fruits with strong smell are not allowed to be brought inside the hotel.
    • Firearms are to be deposited at the security area.

    Shuttle Services

    Corresponding rates applies. (Prepaid arrangement is required)

    Credit Card Fraud Protection

    If a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card, the hotel may cancel the confirmed reservation. We will require necessary documents for credit card prepayments.
