Schedule a site visit to tour the event space to assess the suitability of the event space for your needs and to get a sense of the hotel's ambiance, service, and amenities. Ensure that it meets your requirements
Negotiate Pricing & Contracts
Once you've selected a hotel and event space, negotiate pricing and contracts with the sales personnel. Be sure to discuss any additional costs, such as equipment rental or catering fees.
Sign The Contract & Coordinate Logistics
After agreeing on the terms and pricing, sign the contract and make a deposit to secure the event space.
Work with us to coordinate logistics for the event, such as room setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
